Description:
Two Carlo Ponti Albumen Photographs of Venice, one depicting the Palais Rezzonic, the other depicting Pont de Rialto (9 5/8 in. x 13 1/2 in.), both with blindstamp 'Carlo Ponti, Venezia' below image and title and caption on versos, both mounted. Overall size of both: 11 7/8 in. x 17 1/4 in.Measurements: Height: of Palais Rezzonico photo 10 1/2 in. x Width: 13 5/8 in.
Condition:
Overall good vintage condition, faint toning to images, toning, wear to edges, and foxing to mounts, mount on Pont de Rialto extremely worn with staining and creases, foxing and restored losses to surface of Pont de Rialto photo, small spots of restoration to surface along the bottom edge of Palais Rezzonic photo.
