Description:
Two African Carved Wood Standing Figures, comprising a 32 in. tall standing female figure with carved and painted headdress with beads and shell accents, and a 35 in. double sided female figure with repousse metal, red thread and shell accents.Measurements: Height: of tallest 35 in. x Width: 7 in. x Depth: 7 in.
Condition:
Overall good condition, old marks and scratches and age cracks to wood, some losses to threads and shells.Notice to bidders: The absence of a condition report does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections, or the conditions of aging. Complete condition reports are available by request, no later than 24 hours prior to the live auction. All lots are offered and sold 'as is', and Everard Auctions will not provide refunds based on condition.
