29 German Colored Lithographs from Das Deutsche Bundesheer, 29 lithographs, hand-colored panels, cover page, and single uncolored lithograph (trimmed), from ‘Das deutsche Bundesheer in characteristischen Gruppen, entworfen und nach der Natur gezeichnet'; Germany, 1838-1842, Published by Heinrich Ambros Eckert and Christian Weib, 8 prints in French inscribed ‘Royaume de Baviere’ and 21 in German inscribed ‘Konigreich Bayern’, each with appropriate heading of the soldiers shown, all in plastic sheaths.

Measurements: Height: of pages 13 3/4 in. x Width: 9 7/8 in.

Condition:

Fair condition, wear and small tears and losses to edges of pages, paper toned, foxing, creases, some pages with discoloration and staining, particularly along edges, cover page with losses, creases, and discoloration.
