Description:
Rare Map of Part of Hutchinson's Island Reproduced in Facsimile for J. F. Minis Esquire, 1904, captioned bottom edge, 'Reproduced in facsimile for J. F. Minis, Esq., for private circulation, at Stanford's Geographical Establishment, London', only 100 copies printed, the original map was executed by John McKinnon c. 1800. In a wood frame with original collectors documents on verso. Frame size: 23 1/2 in. x 32 1/2 in.Measurements: Height: by sight 19 1/2 in. x Width: 28 3/8 in.
Condition:
Overall fair condition, paper toned, some minor foxing, discoloration and staining, mostly along edges, wear and losses to edges, small hole in center near bottom edge, slightly losses in frame, not viewed out of frame.
