Description:
Nautical Compass in Binnacle and a Soviet Nautical Compass, a nautical 'Lilley & Reynolds, Ltd.' compass in polished brass binnacle with candle compartment at side, and a Russian nautical compass, numbered 'No. 2526' on edge of face, the face of compass with pen numerical inscriptions, with metal plaque on side, possibly Soviet.Measurements: Height: of binnacle 10 in. x Width: 10 in. x Depth: 8 in.
Condition:
Overall good condition, the binnacle with some oxidation and old repairs to seams, minor dents, Russian compass with pitting and losses to surface, bubbles in compass face.Notice to bidders: The absence of a condition report does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections, or the conditions of aging.
