Hans Iten (Swiss/Irish, 1874-1930), Lion Monument, Zurich, Switzerland, Oil on Board, signed 'Iten' lower right with artist plaque on label marked 'Lion Monument, Zurich, Hans Iten', depicting a lion monument in center of lake with city in distance, with 'Belfast Art Society' label, remnants of handwritten inscription, and 'V. Garnier, Paris' label on verso, in a giltwood frame. Frame size: 20 in. x 16 5/8 in.Measurements: Height: 15 1/2 in. x Width: 12 in.
Condition:
Good condition, some small splatter marks upper edge and base of monument, minor craquelure, inpainting throughout, particularly in sky, light wear to frame.
