Description:
Group of 10 Majolica Dishes, comprising two leaf form dishes (one marked 'Etruscan Majolica' the other unmarked), an 8 in. round dish with leaves and central star design (marked 'Etruscan Majolica', an 8 in. round green leaf plate (unmarked with plate hanger on back), five similar 8 in. plates with green leaves and basket weave edges (one numbered '985', two marked 'Wedgwood', another one marked 'Wedgwood, of Etruria and Barlaston' and one unmarked), and a wheat sheaf decorated oval serving dish (unmarked).Measurements: Height: of dish 2 in. x Width: 13 in. x Depth: 10 in.
Condition:
Overall good condition, general wear and scratches, rubbing and wear to glazes on raised edges and rims, craquelure throughout, dish with chips to underside of rim with brown inpainting, one leaf-form plate with hairline crack, the other with chips to edges and small firing cracks, scattered small glaze blemishes.Notice to bidders: The absence of a condition report does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections, or the conditions of aging. Available payment options
PAYMENTS. Payments are expected within 7 calendar days of receiving your invoice. You will pay us the total purchase price for a lot by credit card (UP TO $5,000), cash (US currency not to exceed $10,000 in a single or multiple related payments), check, or wire transfer, before the property can be removed. Everard Auctions and Appraisals requires payment by wire transfer, check, ACH or cash (up to $10,000) for jewelry, watches and precious metals for all New and/or International buyers. You must quote your invoice number when making a payment. A Convenience Fee of approximately 3% will be applied to all US credit card payments, and non US credit cards approximately 4%. No fee will be levied if payment is made by Wire Transfer, Cash or Check. Please note a flat $15 fee for wire transfers should be included in the amount wired. For all payments made by check, we reserve the right to hold the merchandise for 7 Business days or until cleared or certified funds are provided. The purchaser will be charged $35.00 for each check returned for insufficient funds. Additionally, all payments made after 30 days will be subject to a 1.5% Late Payment Fee which will continue to accrue and compound per each additional 30 day period.
