Description:
George III Land Indenture, 18th C, large format indenture document, 'the term of St. Michael in the Thirteenth year of our Reign on the 168th and 269th rolls' for 'Webb by Hancock for Jones and Townsend' in the 'County of Southhampton', with large wax seal in metal case.Measurements: Height: of sheet 26 3/4 in. x Width: 33 in.
Condition:
Overall good condition, creases from folding with associated losses in center, patch to left edge, wear to edges, toning, wax seal worn and with tear to page where attached to document.Notice to bidders: The absence of a condition report does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections, or the conditions of aging.
