Description:
1864 United States Ordinance Receipt and Inspection for Remington and Sons Arms, manuscript document signed, two pages, including a receipt of items for $8,598.40 to be paid to Remington and Sons, a page certifying the inspection of the merchandise with itemized list signed by the ordinance inspectors, a smaller certificate for the 500 rifles, and another listed receipt of the items signed by the 'Sub-inspector'.Measurements: Height: of sheets 14 1/4 in. x Width: 8 1/2 in.
Condition:
