Description:
Chippendale Cherrywood Serpentine Front Chest of Drawers, probably CT, c. 1770, the serpentine-fronted rectangular top above four graduated drawers flanked by fluted canted corners raised on ogee bracket feet, with what appears to be pine and chestnut secondary woods.Measurements: Height: 34 7/8 in. x Width: 39 in. x Depth: 20 3/4 in.
Condition:
Overall good condition, refinished, patch to right side of case, some patches to drawer lips, old marks and scratches, wear to edges, back left foot repaired.
