Description:

Chinese Lacquer Chest on Later Stand, 18th Century, the cabinet opening to an arrangement of drawers and shelves, mounted on the sides with carrying handles, on a later base with square legs.

Measurements: Height: 70 1/2 in. x Width: 37 3/4 in. x Depth: 22 1/8 in.

Condition:

Good condition, the whole piece probably originally lacquered and now stripped on the exterior, some patches, mounts to one carrying handle and part of escutcheon lifting, some hinges loose, some craquelure to lacquer, water stains on top of case.
