Description:
American Coin Silver Three Piece Tea Set, New York, c. 1820's, retailed by Colin Forbes and made by William Forbes, with Silver Plate Tray, comprising a teapot, cream and sugar, all marked with William Forbes pseudo hallmarks and 'C. Forbes' mark on undersides. Together with a silverplate handled tray (unmarked). 82.33 troy ounces of weighable silver.Measurements: Height: of teapot 11 in. x Width: of tray 29 1/4 in.
Condition:
Good condition, overall wear and scratches, rim of tray dented, some small dents to edges of lid.
