Stephan Phillips (NY, 20th Century), Abstract in Black, Blue and Grey, Mixed Media on Paper, signed and dated "67" lower right, with painted shapes collaged on paper, matted and framed. Frame size 33 3/4 in. height x 31 1/2 in. width.
Phillips sold a work in the annual Byrd Hoffman Foundation Inc. Benefit Art Drawing (run by Robert Wilson to earn money for his theatre productions). Other artists in the drawing included Robert Rauschenberg, Jasper Johns, Milton Avery, Andy Warhol, Joan Miro and Robert Motherwell.
