Property of a Former U.S. Air Force Military Attache to the American Embassy, Cairo, Egypt Gustav Becker Porcelain and Giltwood Tall Case Clock Decorated with Napoleon and Josephine Plaques, c. 1880-85, with two train movement above porcelain columnar supports and inset with multiple painted porcelain plaques, three central oval plaques, one of Napoleon and one Josephine signed by Seller(?), the sides of the case also mounted with plaques, on an egg and dart carved base. According to the family this clock was purchased from an estate sale at the Abdeen Palace in Cairo in 1962.
