Description:

14 Pieces of Chinese Export Armorial China, 18th Century, comprising 5 bowls (all with small frits and chips to edges, one bowl with firing crack and loss on outer side, inherent to production), 5 plates (two with hairline cracks across centers, one broken and repaired, all with frits and chips to edges), 2 shallow plates (frits to edges of both), an oval serving dish (some frits to glaze of inner rim), and a 9 1/4 in. bowl (small frits to edges), each painted with a central shield centering initials 'JR' and decorated with garlands and flowers, birds, and cornucopia. . Diameter of plates and bowls: 9 1/2 in.
