Description:

William IV Rosewood Cellarette, c. 1830, the hinged top with rope-carved edge opening to a lead-lined interior, mounted on the sides with carrying handles, the tapering body raised on animal paw feet.

Measurements: Height: 25 1/2 in. x Width: 30 in. x Depth: 18 in.

Condition:

Age crack to top, replaced hinges, patches to rear where hinges were repaired, some patches to veneer, some mottling to finish, age cracks to veneer throughout, feet probably an old replacement.
