William H. Gist (SC, 1807-1874) Document Signed Framed with Print of the South Carolina Secession, comprising an accounting sheet signed Wm. H. Gist (68th Governor of South Carolina and a leader of the secession movement) and dated Jan. 9th, 1852, framed together with a print of the South Carolina Secession document and a short biography of Gist, matted and in a metal frame. Frame size: 23 1/4 in. x 18 3/4 in.Measurements: Height: of signed paper, 3 1/2 in. x Width: 5 3/4 in.
