Two Paintings of Waterfalls, one signed 'M. Kasack' and dated '1921' in handwritten inscription in German on verso, depicting a mountainous landscape with river and waterfall, oil on board, in a wood frame (size by sight: 13 3/8 in. x 5 3/8 in.), the other initial signed and dated 'M.E.G., Dec. 1884' on verso, depicting a waterfall between two mountains, oil on canvas in a giltwood frame (size by sight: 9 3/8 in. x 5 1/4 in.).Measurements: Height: of giltwood frame 14 1/4 in. x Width: 10 1/8 in.
Condition:
Overall good condition, M.E.G painting with slightly wavy canvas, craquelure, yellowing to varnish, both with wear to frames.
