Two Japanese Satsuma Chargers, each with scalloped edge, one depicting a group of male figures in a landscape with a single female figure in the right background (marked in black and gold along with the mon of the shimazu family on the base), the other charger (9 3/8 in.) with outer rim decorated with birds and flowering branches and the center decorated with three panels depicting a vase of flowers, a landscape with trees, mountain, and dragon, and the largest depicting three figures conversing around a table (marked in red and with faint impressed mark on base).MEASURMENTS: Diameter: diameter of largest 9 7/8 in.
