Description:
Two French Engravings of Savannah, comprising ' Vue Du Port De Savanah, Dans L'Amerique,' hand colored engraving after Vernet, matted in a giltwood frame (plate size: 7 in. x 9 in.; frame size: 14 3/4 in. x 16 3/4 in.), and 'Savannah - La Ville et L'Embuchere de La Riviere, engraved by Barelay after a photograph, marked 'XVI' and '36' border, in a giltwood frame (Sight size: 6 3/4 in. x 9 1/8 in.; frame size: 9 1/2 in. x 12 in.).Measurements: Height: of largest frame 14 3/4 in. x Width: 16 3/4 in.
Condition:
Overall good condition, very minor foxing and small spot stain lower left edge on larger engraving, the smaller engraving with toning, foxing, and slightly wavy paper inside frame.
