Description:
Two Chinese Blue and White Ginger Jars and a Bowl, comprising a 13 in. ginger jar decorated with vases of flowers, scrolls and vines, a 12 1/2 in. ginger jar decorated with vases, baskets, ribbon motifs, and crossed swords, and a 9 1/2 in. square bowl with shaped rim decorated with scenes of houses in landscapes, all unmarked.Measurements: Height: of tallest ginger jar 13 in. x Width: 7 1/2 in.
Condition:
Overall good condition, the taller ginger jar with hairline cracks on base, the smaller one with multiple small frits to top rim and rim of lid, the bowl with frits to rim, all with some glaze blemishes.Notice to bidders: The absence of a condition report does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections, or the conditions of aging. Complete condition reports are available by request, no later than 24 hours prior to the live auction.
