The Little Architects, Oil on Canvas, 18th Century, unsigned, depicting children as architects, in a giltwood frame. Frame size: 35 in. x 32 1/2 in.Measurements: Height: by sight 27 3/4 in. x Width: 25 1/2 in.
Condition:
Overall good restored condition, relined, with obscuring varnish, divot upper right quadrant, small losses, repaired tears, mostly in center of canvas, small areas of inpainting throughout, particularly along edges.Notice to bidders: The absence of a condition report does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections, or the conditions of aging.
