Early Engraving of Spanish Explorers with Native Americans in Florida, c. 1591, captioned 'Columnar a praefecto prima navigationelocatam venerantur Floridentes, VIII', by Theodor de Bry and Jacques Le Moyne de Morgues, with image of Native Americans and Spanish explorers around a feast, with Latin text bottom quadrant, matted and framed. Frame size: 16 5/8 in. x 12 5/8 in.Measurements: Height: by sight 12 1/4 in. x Width: 8 3/8 in.
Condition:
Overall good condition, paper toned, slightly wavy, some foxing, wear to frame.
