Russel, Carington Bowles excudit, published as the act directs, 10 June, 1773', matted and framed. Frame size: 27 1/4 in. x 21 3/4 in.

Selina Hastings, Countess of Huntingdon (1707-1791), was a key player in the 18th century religious revival and the Methodist movement in England and Wales. She was actively involved with George Whitefield and John Wesley and in 1770 inherited George Whitefield's overseas estates in Georgia and South Carolina including Bethesda Home for Boys.

Condition:

Overall good condition, paper slightly wavy, tears lower right corner, right edge, and top right corner, possible restoration top right corner, very minor foxing, not viewed out of frame.
