Description:
Salvador Dali (Spanish, 1904-1989), The Corrupt, 1964, Woodblock Print, signed top center in plate, depicting sorrowful figures on a cliffside, from The Divine Comedy series, plaque on frame with artist's name and dates, authenticity certification on verso, certified by Frank Hunter of the Salvador Dali Archives, matted and in a giltwood frame. Frame size: 32 1/4 in. x 28 1/4 in.Measurements: Height: of paper, 12 3/4 in. x Width: 10 1/4 in.
Condition:
Good condition, paper wavy, minor foxing and toning to edges, some wear to frame.Notice to bidders: The absence of a condition report does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections, or the conditions of aging. Complete condition reports are available by request, no later than 24 hours prior to the live auction.
