Description:
Group of Russian Articles, Including 3 Boxes and a Sterling Necklace, comprising three Russian lacquer boxes, the largest box with gold peacock design, signed and titled along lower edge, with maker's mark on bottom, the next with a cityscape, titled 'St. Petersburg,' by Volkova V. of the Kholui school, signed and titled along lower edge, the smallest with a pair of figures, titled 'Lovesong' by Bolda K. of the Kholui school, all with fitted boxes and the two smaller with paperwork, together with a sterling silver locket necklace, with painted icon in locket, marked '925' on the clasp. Overall weight of necklace .495 troy ounces, 23 in. chain.Measurements: Height: of largest box 1 1/8 in. x Width: 7 3/4 in. x Depth: 1 3/4 in.
Condition:
