Description:
Royal Opera Covent Garden Framed Silk Program, 1897, Royal Opera, Covent Garden silk program, dated June 23, 1897, for Tannhauser, Romeo et Juliette, and Les Huguenots', floating in a giltwood mat, with handwritten inscription on verso 'Brought from possessions of M. Mc. P. Inman by Margaret Inman. Loaned at his request to father, L.R.I.'. Frame size: 19 1/4 in. x 15 1/4 in.Measurements: Height: of program 16 in. x Width: 12 in.
Condition:
Vintage condition, white silk lightly toned, creases throughout, small tears in upper corners.
