Frame size: 26 1/2 in. x 30 1/2 in.Measurements: Height: of image 17 1/4 in. x Width: 21 3/8 in.
Condition:
Overall good condition, small tear center of right edge, slightly loose in frame, mounting tape along top edge, faint water staining bottom edge, dust on inside of glass, not viewed out of frame.
