Avery (Savannah/NY, 1906-1976), Factors Walk, Savannah, Watercolor, unsigned, depicting a single figure walking along Factors Walk, Savannah, GA, with note on back: "Ralph H Avery at the age of 14 gave this watercolor to my mother (Mrs. R.B. Mallory Sr) after it had hung in The Telfair Academy of Art in Savannah, GA. Ralph Avery was a next-door neighbor on Huntingdon St. (Spencer Mallory)", newspaper clipping of artist obituary attached to verso, in a wood frame. Frame size: 14 3/4 in. x 10 3/4 in.Measurements: Height: by sight 13 5/8 in. x Width: 9 5/8 in.
Condition:
Fair condition, board warped, wear and small losses to edges of board, some foxing, wear to frame.
