Probably Thomas John Banks (British, 1828-1896), Berry Pickers, Oil on Canvas, signed lower right, depicting a group of figures harvesting in a field, in a giltwood frame with linen mat. Frame size: 24 3/4 in. x 30 5/8 in.Measurements: Height: by sight 19 1/4 in. x Width: 25 2/4 in.
Condition:
Good restored condition, canvas relined, areas of inpainting in craquelure in upper sky, along edges, and in central mans vest, craquelure, in need of cleaning.
