Property from a Hilton Head Island, SC Estate

Description:

Pre-Columbian Mayan Terra-Cotta Figurine, with Certificate of Authenticity from Gerald Schneider, Silver Spring, Maryland, stating that the piece was made in Nayarit, Mexico, the seated male figure with one hand held to his mouth, wearing a headdress, with opening in top of head.

Measurements: Height: 8 1/4 in. x Width: 5 in. x Depth: 4 3/4 in.

Condition:

Good condition, general wear and scratches consistent with age, wear to surface, dark spot of discoloration on lower back, chip to edge of headdress.
