Note: According to family lore, this is a portrait of a signer of the Declaration of Independence for New Jersey.

Measurements: Height: by sight 38 in. x Width: 29 3/4 in.

Condition:

Fair condition, craquelure, areas of inpainting throughout, 3 1/2 in. tear in background upper right quadrant, 2 in. tear in crook of elbow lower right quadrant, small chips to paint, wear to frame.
