Mixed Gilt-Rimmed Porcelain Dinner Service, Approx. 196 pcs. , comprising a thin gold edged Limoges service with 6 9 1/2 in. dinner plates, 5 salad plates, 12 bowls (some bowls marked with additional 'Limoges Chateau China' mark), 6 butter plates, 6 saucers, 5 teacups, 5 berry bowls (one with small chip to rim), a serving bowl, a covered two compartment vegetable dish, a small oval platter, a large oval platter, and a gravy boat with attached platter (all of the above marked 'Limoges U.C. France'); a similar thick gold edged Bavarian porcelain service with 13 dinner plates, 6 teacups, 6 saucers (of the same pattern but only marked 'Decorated in USA'), 6 butter plates (one with hairline crack) (all of the above marked 'J & C Ovid Bavaria, Decorated in USA'). Together with 3 Limoge Coronet dinner plates of a similar gold rimmed pattern (marked 'Limoge France Trade Mark Coronet'), 1 thicker gold edge design Limoge dinner plate (marked 'La Seynie Limoges, P and P, France'), 4 Austrian porcelain salad plates with gold rim (marked 'AP Austria'), a single gold edge decorated teacup (marked '.... Nippon'), and an unmarked gold rimmed salad plate.Measurements: Height: of Limoge U.C. dinner plates 9 1/2 in.
