Frame size: 15 5/8 in. x 19 3/8 in. Mel Bochner is an American conceptual artist that is credited as one of the leading figures of the conceptual art movement in New York in the 1960's and 1970's. He received his BFA from the Carnegie Mellon University in 1967 and an Honorary Doctor of Fine Arts in 2005.
