Description:
Mary Ginnanes (b. 1807), Sampler, 1825, with floral motifs at center and the alphabet repeated on several lines, the bottom reading 'Mary Ginnanes Sampler Marked December the 9th 1825 age 18,' in a wood frame. Frame size: 16 3/4 in. x 12 3/8 in.Measurements: Height: by sight, 15 3/4 in. x Width: 11 1/4 in.
Condition:
Fair condition, possible repaired tear along upper edge, toning, some small holes, foxing and spots of discoloration, not viewed out of frame, light wear to frame.Notice to bidders: The absence of a condition report does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections, or the conditions of aging.
