Mark Catesby (GA/UK, 1683-1749), The Pigeon of Passage, Hand Colored Engraving, titled "Palumbus Migratorius. The Pigeon of Passage" in plate lower right and numbered "T. 23," with further description of Red Oak lower right, with associated page of text affixed to verso, with W. Graham Arader III label on frame, and "Americana Collection Property of Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette" label, matted and in a wood frame. Frame size: 22 3/4 in. x 26 7/8 in.Measurements: Height: by sight, 11 5/8 in. x Width: 15 1/4 in.
Condition:
