LeRoy Neiman (NY/IL/MN, 1921 - 2012), Harbor at Monte Carlo, Serigraph, pencil signed and numbered 220/375 lower edge, depicting a harbor scene with yachts and cars at Monte Carlo, matted and framed. Frame size: 52 1/4 in. x 42 3/8 in. Together with deluxe hardback edition book of LeRoy Neiman's, 'Monte Carlo Chase' 1988, St. James Press Ltd., Toronto, with signed page inscribed with copy number 220 (wear and staining to book covers, wear and minor creasing to edges of pages).

LeRoy Neiman is known for his impressionistic painting style that blended pop art styles with vibrant colors and movement. Neiman studied art at both the St. Paul School of Art and the Art Institute of Chicago. Today, his works can be found in the collections of the Art Institute of Chicago, the Smithsonian American Art Museum in Washington, D.C., and the Indianapolis Museum of Art, among many other private and public collections.
