The War Is Over peace campaign was conceived by John Lennon and Yoko Ono in 1969. The couple began the campaign on December 15th, distributing posters and flyers as well as creating radio and newspaper announcements and utilizing billboards to spread the message. The campaign was executed in 12 cities around the world to protest the Vietnam war and advertise their 'Happy Xmas (War Is Over)' single.

Measurements: Height: 30 in. x Width: 20 in.

Good condition, some creasing to corners, slight toning to paper on right edge.
