Jefferson Davis, Varina Davis, and Alexander Stephens Signed Letters, 4 Articles, comprising Jefferson Davis (1808-1889, President of the Confederacy) letter signed to Ambrose Dudley Mann, dated 1874, with printed portrait photograph card (Size of letter: 7 7/8 in. x 10 in., paper worn, toning, wear to edges with small creases and tears, creases from folding, wear at central crease); Alexander Hamilton Stephens (1812-1883, Vice President of the Confederate States) address leaf signed, dated 1874 (3 1/8 in. x 6 in., mounted, toning, wear to edges) and letter signed, dated 1873 (8 1/8 in. x 5 1/4 in., toning, minor wear to edges, some ink splotches, old mounting residue along one edge); Varina Davis (1826-1906, Wife of Jefferson Davis, and First Lady of the Confederacy) third person note on her husband's behalf, signed, to Robert T. Corson, undated, with envelope (Size of note: 2 1/2 in. x 3 1/2 in., both with minor toning, wear to edges).
