William Hogarth (British, 1697-1764), Time of Day, 4 Hand Colored Engravings, four hand colored engravings from the 'Time of Day' Series, including Morning, Noon, Evening and Night, designed by Wm. Hogarth, engraved by T. Cook, published 1797 by G. G. & J. Robinson, London, two with 'W. King Ambler, Old Prints and Maps' labels on versos, all matted and framed.
Measurements: Height: of frames 28 1/4 in. x Width: 24 1/2 in. waist
Condition:
Overall good condition, all with toning and minor foxing, 'Night' slipped slightly in frame with visible mat burn, 'Night' and 'Evening' with heavier toning, not viewed out of frames, wear and losses to silvering on frames.
