Fine and Decorative Art from Southern Estates and Collections, February 5th-25th. Featuring a rare and important lithograph by John Baldessari titled ‘I Will Not Make Any More Boring Art’, a collection of photographs including Helen Levitt, Lillian Bassman, Danny Lyon and Louis Stettner, works by David Brega, Robert Daughters, Francis Cotes, Charles Levier, William Lumpkin, Alexander Calder, Leroy Neiman, Pablo Picasso and Rolla Sims Taylor, a large pottery jar attributed to Trinidad Gachupino and a David Boxley totem. Group of Davenport China, 19th C, 90 pcs., comprising nine 9 5/8 in. plates, fifteen 8 3/4 in. plates, seven 8 1/4 in. plates, six 7 1/8 in. shallow bowls, seven 9 1/2 in. bowls, five 5 1/2 in. bowls, one 6 1/2 in. bowl, one 8 3/8 in. bowl, one 9 5/8 in. serving bowl, one 10 1/4 in. serving bowl (chips to bottom edge), one 6 1/2 in. saucer, one 6 3/4 in. saucer, one 6 3/8 in. saucer, one coffee cup, one large teacup, one medium teacup, two small teacups, three demitasse cups, two lidded sauce tureens, one gravy boat with underplate (chip to bottom edge), one round lidded serving bowl (finial broken and repaired), one 8 3/4 in. round bowl with lid, one large 6 1/2 in. x 10 3/8 footed bowl (scratches and hairline cracks in center), one 5 in. x 12 in. x 8 in. oval tureen with associated spoon (lacking lid), two 7 1/2 in. x 10 in. rectangular serving dishes, one 9 in. square handled serving dish, and a set of four graduated rectangular serving platters (9 in., 12 in., 14 in., 16 in., the largest with chip to edge).

General wear and scratches, rubbing and losses to gilt decoration, some scattered glaze blemishes, see description for details.

PAYMENTS. Payments are expected within 7 calendar days of receiving your invoice. You will pay us the total purchase price for a lot by credit card (UP TO $5,000), cash (US currency not to exceed $10,000 in a single or multiple related payments), check, or wire transfer, before the property can be removed. Everard Auctions and Appraisals requires payment by wire transfer, check, ACH or cash (up to $10,000) for jewelry, watches and precious metals for all New and/or International buyers. You must quote your invoice number when making a payment. A Convenience Fee of approximately 3% will be applied to all US credit card payments, and non US credit cards approximately 4%. No fee will be levied if payment is made by Cash or Check. Please note a flat $15 fee for wire transfers should be included in the amount wired. For all payments made by check, we reserve the right to hold the merchandise for 7 Business days or until cleared or certified funds are provided. The purchaser will be charged $35.00 for each check returned for insufficient funds. Additionally, all payments made after 30 days will be subject to a 1.5% Late Payment Fee which will continue to accrue and compound per each additional 30 day period.
