French School, Courting Couple in Bucolic Neoclassical Landscape Scene, Oil on Canvas, unsigned, depicting two women and a gentleman in a neoclassical inspired landscape with goats and temple architecture behind them, with 'Art and Frames Enterprises, Inc., California' label on verso, in a giltwood frame. Frame size: 57 in. x 72 in.Measurements: Height: by sight 47 1/2 in. x Width: 62 1/2 in.
Condition:
Overall fair restored condition, relined, craquelure, in need of cleaning, repaired tears center of right edge, in central background, horizontally in temple above figures, all with associated inpainting, other scattered areas of inpainting throughout, cracking to paint in figure in purple, and in upper left quadrant, wear to frame.
