Four Portraits, Hand Colored Engravings, 18th Century, comprising 'Giovanni Zoffani Pittore' inscribed 'nato in Francfort sopra il meno l'anno 1788, vive in Londra, 231' below name (by sight of engraving: 10 3/4 in. x 6 3/4 in.), 'Pier Franco Mazzuchelli, do.il Morazzone' inscribed below name 'Pitt. Nato in Morazzone luogo nel territorion Milande, nd 1571, morto nd 1626, 78' (by sight: 11 in. x 6 1/2 in.), 'Simone Pignoni Pittore' inscribed below name 'nato in France nd 1611, morto nd 1698, 126' (11 in. x 6 3/4 in.), and 'Adamo Elzeimer' inscribed 'Pitt. Int. in Rome, nato in Francfort nd 1574, morto nd 1620, 80' (by sight: 10 1/2 in. x 6 3/4 in.), all framed with blue border and 'International New York' label on verso.Measurements: Height: of frames 15 5/8 in. x Width: 11 5/8 in.
Condition:
Overall good condition, borders with some foxing and very faint stains., now viewed out of frames.
