Attributed to Achille de Carodeue (1816-1865), Flowering Branch, Watercolor on Paper, unsigned, with notation on the back detailing the work is from the estate of Christopher Murphy Jr., by artist James Achille de Carodeue (1816-1895), who did the rose fire surrounds at the Heyword House, now the Magnolia Inn on Whitaker St, Savannah, GA, the watercolor matted and framed. Frame size: 12 in. x 8 in.Measurements: Height: by sight 9 1/4 in. x Width: 5 1/2 in.
Condition:
Overall good condition, toned, foxing, some faint stains and discoloration to paper, not viewed out of frame.
