HEN. POLLEXFEN LATE LORD CHIEF JUSTICE OF THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS (London, 1702), modern quarter-calf (occasional foxing); PRECEDENTS IN CHANCERY BEING A COLLECTION OF CASES ARGUED AND ADJUDGED IN THE HIGH COURT OF CHANCERY FROM 1689-1722 (Savoy, Nutt & Gosling, 1733), modern quarter-calf, folio (title page browned); Carthew, Thomas REPORTS OF CASES ADJUGED IN THE COURT OF KING'S BENCH FROM THE THIRD YEAR OF KING JAMES II TO THE TWELFTH YEAR OF WILLIAM III (London, 1728), folio, modern quarter-calf, Nottingham Law Library stamps on title page (dampstaining and browning on top edges); and THE REPORTS OF EDWARD BULSTRODE OF THE INNER TEMPLE, ESQUIRE, IN THREE PARTS, OF DIVERS RESOLUTIONS AND JUDGMENTS GIVEN IN THE COURT OF THE KING'S BENCH IN THE REIGNS OF KING JAMES I AND KING CHARLES I (London, 1688), modern cloth, Essex County Law Library stamp on title, marginal notations (toning, minor worm damage to first few leaves, not in text).
