Fanch Ledan (French, b. 1949), Mansarde a Montmartre, 2009, Acrylic on Canvas, signed lower left, depicting a room with a large open window looking over a street, titled, signed and dated on verso, with 2010 purchase information on verso, with linen mat in a giltwood frame. Frame size: 23 1/4 in. x 23 1/4 in.
Fanch Ledan is a French painter and printmaker known for his vibrant interior paintings. He studied first at the Ecole Superieure des Sciences Commerciales in Paris before completing his MBA at Sacramento State University. While in the US he began exhibiting his work at galleries in New York and California. Ledan’s work can be found in the private collections of many high-profile individuals as well as companies including Air France, Nissan and Exxon. (Park West Gallery)
