Description:

European Apothecary Chest, 18th/19th C, the interior with 15 paper lined compartments and 5 drawers (two drawers labeled 'Semensella Pesti' and Pillole digomma Ammoniata'), and 7 various sized pewter topped glass bottles and a metal lidded container. Together with key. Size of largest bottle: 3 3/8 in. x 1 1/2 in.

Measurements: Height: overall 7 1/2 in. x Width: 6 1/2 in. x Depth: 6 1/2 in.

Condition:

Fair condition, old marks and scratches to wood, wear to edges, age cracks, staining and losses to paper lining on interior, one drawer missing pull, some repairs on right side interior compartments, lifting and dings to center metal mounts on front of exterior, hinges sightly bent, repairs and some missing panels on underside.
