Description:
Double Sided Japanese Hand-Colored Albumen Photos, c. 1890, one side with photo of sumo wrestlers on the mat before a crown (pencil inscribed 'Wrestlers'), and the other depicting three seated women having dinner (marked '176 Dinner' lower right), photos mounted to cardstock, probably originally from a photo album/book. Page size: 8 5/8 in. x 10 1/8 in.Measurements: Height: of images 7 1/4 in. x Width: 9 1/4 in.
Condition:
Overall good condition, wear to edges, minor foxing to borders, images with light fading, page possibly trimmed.
