Copy of a James Reynolds Carlisle Violin, with faded label '...Genuine...James Reynolds Carlisle' on interior, and mother-of-pearl inlay and painted castle on the back of body, with etched initials 'R.J' in image. Together with case and later chin rest.Measurements: Height: 23 3/4 in. x Width: 8 in. x Depth: 1 1/2 in.
Condition:
Light wear, marks and scratches to wood, finish on neck worn, losses to mother-of-pearl inlay.
