Frame size: 29 in. x 36 1/4 in.

Measurements: Height: by sight 23 in. x Width: 30 1/4 in.

Condition:

Fair condition, foxing, tear with loss center of left edge, crease center of right edge, crease left edge, water stain bottom left corner, waviness to paper, not viewed out of frame, wear to frame.
